Plastic Primer 500ML

Primer is a universal ready for use adhesion promoting primer for plastic substrates. It is suitable for use on a wide variety of plastic composites used on modern motor vehicles.

Plastic Primer is available in the traditional clear version, that is more easily seen when applied and can be used as a ground coat.

Available in 1 LTR if required.

This newly developed HCA Glass Promoter is an adhesion promoter, specifically designed to adhere to a glass substrate.

It is a ready for use product with good flow properties. It can be topcoated with either our HCA 1K Basecoat or any 2K Colours base paint systems.

Ready for use. Although up to 5% thinning with Concept’s 2K Thinner can be used, if required.

SPRAY GUN & PRESSURE:
• 1.2 - 1.5 mm through a suction feed.
• Pressure is 350 – 450 kPa (gravity feed will apply)

This is a special paint pigment premixed ready to use on any base colour to generate the prismatic rainbow effect under special light conditions

The most ultra-thin holographic effect paint in the world

Under a source of light, it will display an impressive multi-coloured rainbow finish, without modifying the colour of the background (except the black ones), because it's semi transparent. Thus you will obtain very interesting options depending on the colour of the background.

Holographic Diamond micro flakes paint 250ml premixed

This kit will make 500ML of paint ready to spray when mixed with a 2K reducer

 This is a special premixed pigment the most technologically advanced (ultra-thin : 0.035mm, made of aluminium) it can be applied between the base colour and before the clear coat in any automotive application to achieve a special holographic effect under UV light.

This product is also used in our hydrographics - water transfer printing  industry to achieve special effects.

Thermochromic Pigment – Heat Reactive paint Premixed 1LTR Kit

Our product kit is specially and carefully premixed with for easy use. Our 2 part kit makes 1 litre of paint which can be applied over any paintable surface.

The temperature changing effect of our kit is set at  25C or 31C 

We can manufacture  any temperature rating paint if requested however the below products are normally available in stock.

  Please contact our office for a special temperature paint order if the below products is not what you require.

The kit will contain: 500ml of our special premixed pigment with 500ml of HCA reducer to mix prior to application. or we can suppply a fully premixed 1 ltr product ready to apply.

Mixing ratio 1:1 or 2:1 can be painted by brush/roller or Spray Gun (recommended)

• Black 25 or  31C tempreture selection
• Yellow 31C

Thermochromic paints change as the temperature changes at a set value. As the temperature riches the required tempreture, the pigment becomes colourless, revealing the basecoat colour or graphics underneath.

The black helmet showing was a white base coat colour with a black temperature sensitive paint sprayed over it and 2k clear coated to protect the special effect from UV damage.

We recommend our 2K Air Dry 20 minute curing clear to seal the products available from our store.

Note: The product is recommended for internal use only as it may lose its properties exposed to UV light. Please see our UV paint effects for external use application.

Special formulated Glow in the dark automotive premixed paint supplied at 250ml formula which makes 500ml of paint when mixed with our reducer supplied in a kit.

Reduce level can be 1:1 or 2:1 as required for the application 

This superior pigment glows bright immediately and holds the charge over first 60 minutes then gradually discharges.

UV PHOTOCHROMIC PAINT 1 LTR  kit 

Photochromic paint change color when exposed to ultraviolet light, usually from the sun or a black light.

The special effect paint are effectively colorless indoors and turn into vibrant color, outdoors.

When brought back inside, the inks become clear again. The inks become intensely colored after only 15 seconds in direct sunshine and return to clear after about 5 minutes indoors.
