Delivery and sales conditions to all customers

Please note:  Transaction, Handling and periotic product increase fees will be at 6.5% charge as from March 2021 till further notice.


Free Delivery is set to all orders to the value higher than $200 dollar Australian.

Our standard delivery and handling method is setup to provide you with the best possible cost effective delivery solution and does not cover insurance for any damage or loss of your order during transport. Some courier services are authorised to leave your order at your doorstep address nominated without any signature if no one is available to accept the delivery. If this occurs the courier service may choose to take your parcel back to their local depot for re-delivery at the buyer’s expense. 

If the buyer require a more secure with insurance delivery they must request for this service via a email prior to the order is placed or email us to request alternative delivery methods for action to be taken.

All extra delivery and handling costs occur will be paid in full by the requesting buyer.

The seller will not be liable for stolen, missing or damaged parcel during the normal delivery process or if they are dropped off at the nominated address by the courier service without sign off from buyer.
Our sales staff will assist with tracking of all orders if requested.

 Returns Policy: We accept returns for (not as described) wrong items only received within 3 days from the order being received all product must be returned in their original sealed packaging, all chemicals are exemopt from return policy and will not be accepted due to the product type. 

All orders are final at the time of payment with only credit or replacement to the value of the item with option available for an agreed item returned.

Please contact us for an RMA return authorization before returning goods.

All Courier or Postage charges are covered by the buyer and will not be refunded
